This beautiful 4,500 sq foot home is located on 10 acres of Palm Tree Farm. Coming through the front door you are welcomed by an open layout with tons of room to spread out and a gorgeous view of the pool and lake. The home features 5 bedrooms, 2 masters with en-suite baths and a Queen bedroom on the main floor. Upstairs is another King bedroom and a family bedroom featuring a king bed with two twin trundle beds. Plan your escape to Las Palmas, a beautifully furnished family getaway!

We Booked this Venue for my daughters wedding last weekend and if I could give 100 stars I would . This hidden gem is a 10 acre palm tree farm with a huge beautiful home that sleeps 12 with a resort style pool. . It can be rented for family reunions, private events, but in my opinion this is the absolute top wedding venue in both Brevard and Indian River Counties. When you book Las Palmas for a wedding you get to stay in the home for 3 nights. This takes away ALL the day- of set up stress! Most venues allow you to arrive at 10 am the day of your wedding and you must be out by 11. We were able to start bringing in decor and set up days prior to the wedding which was ideal. We also chose to have a catered rehearsal dinner at the venue the night before the wedding which worked out great. Another perk is that you are not limited to a small preferred vendor list, although they do have Fantastic recommendations!! Now for the best part....
Samantha and Josh, what a team! They are the property managers who do a fantastic job, but wait... Sam is actually a wedding planner/ coordinator. Sam's years of experience as a wedding planner is really what made this event over the top. The attention to detail, creativity and experience helped everything run so smoothly. She had so many great ideas for both the ceremony and reception, from decor to table layout and ceremony structure, she's been there , done that so many times she makes it seem effortless. She's just full of creative ideas and had answers to all of my questions, and I had a lot. Samantha was able to handle any obstacle that came our way
( and we had a few) with calm grace and a smile. If you are looking for a wedding venue that is not your typical cookie cutter venue, this is it. We cant imagine anything better than the experience we received at Las Palmas Vero!!
ABOVE AND BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS
My stay at Las Palmas was above and beyond my expectations. The host was very helpful and responded very quickly. They were very accommodating in which I appreciated very much. We had a last minute cancellation from our dog sitter and explained to the host of the situation. The host responded immediately and said it was okay to bring the dog. My family and I rented this home for our family get together. The home was very well put together and very clean. Everything needed for the stay, the home had it available including pool toys, BBQ grill, linen, towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, pots, pans, silverware, etc. Information of the area was available in the home. The beach is a 15 minute drive from the home. I highly recommend this home for your stay in Vero Beach. We will definitely be booking this home again in the near future.

I stayed at Laspalmasvero for 5 nights, and held a two day Ladies REST Retreat . Everything about this property was absolutely wonderful, Booking was easy. Communication was top notch. I got near immediate responses to questions while planning and was alerted when communication may be delayed. The property is stunning. You feel like you’re hundreds of miles away from everyone - yet you can get to stores in 20 minutes and DoorDash delivers. The house is stylish and very spacious. I had 15 guests for my event and there was plenty of room to take things inside when it rained. The house is well stocked with everything you could possibly need - even high end items like a vita mix blender! The beds are deliciously comfy. There were even some toys in a drawer in the kitchen fo my 2-year-old grandson! It rained heavily during our stay , but we still got plenty of use of the resort style pool and hot tub. We also spent a lot of time - rain and shine - in the outdoor living and dining areas. Las Palmas would be beautiful and memorable for any event - wedding, reunion, retreat, etc. It’s also perfect for family vacations. My only regret was not booking more days for myself! I can’t wait to return.
WE CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK
Las Palmas definitely lived up to it’s name and surpassed all expectations. From the moment we pulled into the driveway we were wowed! The grounds are absolutely gorgeous and the house is equally amazing. From the open space & beautiful kitchen to the multiple master bedrooms and additional living space the house was fantastic. Walking out to the back portico overlooking the pool, pond and palms is breathtaking! Throw in responsive & fantastic hosts along with an incredible property manager and there’s nothing to do but enjoy. My family would definitely recommend Las Palmas and we can’t wait to go back.
